Detailed Problem Description

Email from Saravanan On 05/08/2016:
Japan business report that the following BI report source do not contain the correct updated season value.
・Open orders Analysis - Japan.
・Open order Retail and Intercompany - Japan.
For the following MI, they were created as JPB 16 OCT in master data and created Sales order.

They found out those should be NOV and changed the master data and sales order on 7/21
But in BI report they are still showing as JPB 16 OCT
I have check the web report OSA130, those MI all in JPB 16 OCT but not showing in JPB 16 NOV.
Please have a look into it. Thank you.

Solution Analysis and Recommendations

1. Need to identify the Sales Orders for given materials where the season indicator is changed.
2. Need to delete setup tables in NEP for 11th application.
3. Need to split the sales orders into jobs.
4. Need to fill the setup tables for sales orders with issues.
5. Need to manually run V3 jobs and update the data into BW Source.
6. Need to do selective deletion from corresponding source (ZAFSDDS1- Sales Order DSO).
7. Need to execute full load Infopackages for corresponding order related datasources.
8. Need to update the data to ZAFSDDS1- Sales Order DSO.
